党委办公室（校长办公室）为学校党政职能部门，实行一个机构两块牌子，简称党政办，英文名称Office of the CPC Tsinghua University Committee(Office of the President, Tsinghua University)，负责学校党政重要工作的综合协调、决策部署的推动落实等工作，并对挂靠机构信访办公室、督查督办办公室进行业务指导。
